This will be an informal initial chat to see if we are the best match for you and your travel needs. We will ask questions to get to know you, your fellow travelers, your travel style, and your travel ideas.
Step Two
We go to work reaching out to our local contacts and researching options for your trip. This is the phase of developing your trip itinerary. We will present you with ideas and options to consider, provide feedback on, and review.
Step Three
Collaboration. This is the stage where you make changes, additions, and suggestions. The magic happens here…true customization to create YOUR perfect trip. Feel free to provide us with as much or as little input as you wish. A detailed itinerary will be designed and provided to you upon your final approval.
Step Four
Bon Voyage…time to enjoy your vacation. Most of the time travel will be flawless, but in the event there are issues such as flight delays, we will be available for you every step of the way before, during, and after your trip.
